Rating Notes: 
At the time of rating, FitXR has 3 workout types: Box, Dance, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This rating is based on a Box workout on advanced difficulty. FitXR is a cardio workout that focuses on upper-body exercise and the occasional lower-body movements. Its primary exercise comes from boxing movements that players will use to punch incoming targets or dodge obstacles. A combination of straight jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and blocks are performed in sync with targets appearing to in-game music. Occasionally, obstacles will appear and require the player to duck and/or lean to the side to avoid them. FitXR does not generally require the player to move their feet in order to be successful at the game. Therefore, this game can be played in small spaces.
